Everybody Dance Now

Yesterday I went to the AIGA exhibition entitled 20 Years of Dancing in Print. It was held at AIGA National Design Center at 164 fifth avenue in New York. The exhibition is showcasing the award-winning visual and performing arts publications Dance Ink (1989-1996) and 2twice (1997-ongoing). It was very interesting to see all the different trends in terms of layout design, typography and photography through 20 years. I particularly liked the type treatment and branding of Everybody Dance Now created by Peter Bilak (founder of Typotheque). Bravo!
